Orville Evjen is a third generation farmer of the Evjen ranch. The cabin was built in 1936 by his grand father Ole Evjen and his father Orville Sr.
Orville and his cousin Diane Evjen Schell remodeled it in 2006-07 to its current log cabin look. It is a great place to take wild life pictures, paint, or hunt. Orville is an artist so he frequently will use this cabin for inspiration. This cabin really gives you a South Dakota feel.
